We enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with comfortable seating, bath and shower, for example. It had magnificent and lovely location a short walk to Liverpool Central Library.

The place was beautiful and had very polite and excellent staff on the reception desk, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location met requirements, it was good so close to the beach. And we were really close to centre of Portsmouth, and Southsea seafront and promenade.

The hotel is clean, has views to the pretty garden. The staff are efficient and polite people on the reception desk. The location it has so close to centre of Portsmouth and other areas as well as the promenade is perfectly comfortable. Great nearby places include My Bar & Eatery, we usually had drinks there.

Would recomand this property to family and friends. The food is excellent and brilliant. Its location is amazing & ideal, just next door to restaurants and tourist sites, and Portsmouth. The place where you can eat just a short stroll away from the hotel is Happy Meeting.

The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was good. Our room was a nice size and the bathroom was big. The location was ideal and magnificent, not far from the local buses, both train stations, town, Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quay, and the promenade and a bus stop by the lake. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was beautiful for Portsmouth, not far from the Southsea pier, and the Southsea seafront. I often went to Best of British Food to pick up some food. I had modern stylish room with a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel TV and a study table.

Simply one love, would recommend it to family and friends. The bed was comfortable, we greatly enjoyed it. Hotel's waitress is one of the top employees! Craneswater Park bus station located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the property was a plus;)))
